Why its super powerful?

With this recipe, the oats are a complex carb, which will provide you with long lasting energy alongside bananas which are full of potassium. Also the three egg whites make it a great source of protein making it a great pre workout breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 3 egg whites (or apple sauce if you are vegan)
  • cinnamon
  • raw brown sugar
  • add one tsp of raw cacao powder for chocolate pancakes

Whats next?!

Blend all the ingredients in the mixer until the mix has a thick consistency, grease your pan with  low fat non stick spray, let the pan heat up and pour your mix…you will know when to flip your pancakes as soon as they begin to have bubbles! Lastly its time to get super creative with toppings, I recommend using freshly chopped fruits and a drizzle of  maple syrup!
