Green Hydrating Smoothie

Keeping it simple: Green Hydrating Smoothie. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. 1/2 green apple, peeled 1 small local cucumber, peeled 1tsp of maca powder 1 scoop of vegan vanilla  protein powder 1 handful of ice 1/2 cup of coconut water (add more if you wish) Keeping hydrated helps us stay energised and feeling great!

Gut Love Smoothie

This smoothie has all the ingredients needed to help aid digestion naturally. The mixture of oats and flaxseed provide an excellent source of nutrition, including plenty of fibre – essential for maintain a healthy gut.
