Climb Your Mountain Coaching Program

My Climb Your Mountain coaching program helps you create a healthier, happier and more exciting life. 

Over the past 2 years I have been developing my Climb Your Mountain coaching program. Using my coaching skills & knowledge, teaching experience, personal transformation and powerful feedback from clients, CYM has been created as goal driven, group program. This unique program supports health & wellness improvement for everyone through guided learning and skill development, whilst still providing the support for you to able to accomplish your specific goals.

During the program you will develop self-awareness, learn change-management tools and strategies, feel motivated and inspired and learn to be accountable. This dedicated time is for self improvement and the opportunity to surround yourself with people who also want to become the best versions of themselves.

Each group will have a maximum of 5 adults and each group has it’s own unique focus.

You will learn how create goals that empower, motivate and inspire. How to create your vision and the steps required to achieve it. This dedicated time is for you to create a lifestyle you want for yourself and your family and the opportunity to surround yourself with like-minded individuals.

 

Whole foods & Fitness: Starting April 12th 2017

You will learn how create a healthy whole foods diet (specific to your health goal), how to increase your fitness and stick to your workout schedule by designing a plan that will work for you. This dedicated time is for you to create a healthier lifestyle and the opportunity to surround yourself with like-minded individuals.
